What we do
Mitchell Inglis believes that the initial communication between our estimator and the policyholder is paramount.
BEFORE we start work on your vehicle one of our qualified staff will contact you in order to fully determine the extent of the damage. Any information you may consider relevant to the accident or may affect the repair please also discuss.
Importantly, we also need to know if your car skidded, or had a spin which resulted in a kerb side impact or run off the road.
Discussing directly with the estimator gives you the ideal opportunity to ask any questions regarding the repair process.
- Once the repair work is authorised one of our service team will personally co-ordinate the work thoughout the entire repair process.
- They will initially call to introduce themselves and give you an approximate date for completion along with their direct phone number they will also give you their email for ease of communication should you wish to contact us.
- The same person will keep you updated throughout the repair and if any problems should arise they will keep you informed.
